    • Local deliveries: 2–4 business days

    • Outstation deliveries: 3–7 business days

  • Delivery timelines may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, logistics delays, or high demand.

  • For large or bulk orders, goods may be shipped via cargo or freight services.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID or shipping confirmation via WhatsApp, SMS, or email (if available).

Delivery Policy

  • Customers must ensure that the shipping address and contact details are accurate at the time of placing the order.

  • ATS Lubricants is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.

  • If delivery is unsuccessful due to customer unavailability, re-delivery charges may apply.

Damaged or Missing Items

  • Please inspect your order upon delivery.

  • If you receive damaged, leaking, or incorrect products, report it within 24 hours with photos or videos as proof.

  • Claims made after this period may not be accepted.

Cash on Delivery / Bank Deposit Orders

  • Orders placed via Bank Deposit will only be shipped after full payment confirmation.
